Roadstone FlowPlus provided a SR1 finish floor, compatible with all follow-on floor covering materials in a timely, cost effective, quality assured and in adherence to all safety requirements. Roadstone FlowPlus cement-based screed installed by a competent contractor. A screed that complements a UFH system. Fully supported post installation by the Ardex technical team.

Lessons Learned

Early communication and collaboration with the main contractor, designers and screed contractor was key to the successful outcome of this project.
