We offer a two-year graduate programme that helps graduates to advance into technical specialisation and leadership roles.
Throughout the two years, graduates gain a deep understanding of our business, and are part of a variety of projects targeting sustainability and efficiency.
Roadstone offer a four-year Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with SOLAS. The Programme includes on-the-job training in our quarries and off-the-job training at training centres and colleges throughout the country.
