Roadstone has come together with fellow Irish CRH companies in a partnership with the Ibec Academy to create a tailored Personal Effectiveness and Leadership programme for graduates.

The programme will equip graduates with the necessary management and leadership skills to develop and excel in the working world, helping shape our graduates into the leaders of tomorrow.

Graduates can also benefit from developing a social network spanning across CRH’s companies operating in Ireland.

This programme is accredited by TU Dublin.

CRH

Roadstone are proud to be a founding member of CRH, worldwide building materials company.

At CRH, we’re not simply focused on creating a more sustainable future, but also on how our industry can adapt to meet the world’s changing needs.

Our materials are everywhere people live, work and play. So our people work on some of the world’s most iconic projects. We can see and feel the impact of our work, both in the built environment and the communities that we serve.

We keep innovating to improve the way things get done. That’s why entrepreneurial, curious people thrive here. CRH empowers and frees you to reinvent your role, rethink your direction and, if you choose to, reimagine the path you could follow.
