Clips are fixed at the tail of the tile and nailed to the side of the batten holding the course below. Roadstone Wood supply batten clips and special clips for the verges and eaves.

3:1 (Sand:Cement) Do not use a lime mortar. You will also need dye for the pointing, usually 6kgs (30 ridges) for a standard house. Not to exceed 5% per volume of cement.
In order to comply with building regulations, all roofs must be ventilated. We supply Eave and Ridge ventilation systems. We also supply ThruVent Tiles and Vent Ridge Tiles.
