Roadstone was proud to participate in the CRH International Forum 2025, joining leaders from CRH operating companies from 27 countries across Europe, Australia, and the Philippines. The event offered an invaluable platform to connect, exchange best practices, and align on key priorities—driving quality growth, delivering performance with purpose, empowering our people, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety at every level.

A highlight of the Forum was the President’s Awards, which celebrated seven outstanding projects from CRH operating companies that turned customer challenges into innovative, impactful solutions.

We were deeply honoured to receive a President’s Award for our Low Carbon Roads Solution. Presented by Peter Buckley, President International of CRH, the award recognises Roadstone’s continued dedication to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Our winning project featured a pioneering trial on the N52 in County Meath, developed in partnership with Meath County Council and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). This initiative introduced a low-carbon asphalt solution that not only met stringent performance and durability standards but also significantly reduced embodied CO₂ emissions.

Looking ahead, the insights, energy, and collaboration fostered at the Forum will inspire our journey through the opportunities and challenges of the coming decade. Roadstone is proud to contribute to a global mission—building a safer, smarter, and more sustainable construction industry.
