Roadstone Retail COVID-19 customer notice

NOTICE REGARDING ROADSTONE RETAIL ONLY

Roadstone Retail wishes to advise customers that the safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors and customers is our number one priority.

Customers should note that while our outlets remain open for business, some locations will operate with reduced opening hours and limited delivery capacity.

This is to ensure that we can continue to meet the needs of customers in a safe and responsible manner in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS

All Roadstone Retail locations are open for business. We have taken certain precautions in locations to protect both staff and customers including the introduction of Perspex screens. We would ask customers to please respect these measures and ensure you observe the 2 metre social distancing rule.

CUSTOMER ORDERING

CUSTOMERS MUST PHONE IN ADVANCE WITH ORDERS.

Order will be prepared by Roadstone staff who will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection. Account customers will have their accounts charged directly. Other transactions must be paid for by card or bank transfer.

COLLECTIONS

Customer vehicles will be loaded by Roadstone staff at all locations. Customers must stay in their vehicles whilst loading takes place.
Lorry drivers are requested to retract curtains on their vehicle and wait in the cab while loading takes place.
